We are attempting to save scans to our local files or upload to a Profilm Online account. We get an error message when we try to save to a Profilm Online account stating ‘An error occured while sending the request’ and then when we try to save to local files we can’t open the scans again as the only file format available is .fixrp as opposed to .fibps. Is this an issue other people have encountered? Is there an way to save the scans as a scan file?
It sounds like you may be having trouble with Profilm, rather than ProfilmOnline. I suggest that you submit a support request from Profilm. In the Help ribbon, click “Request Support”, fill in the information, and submit the request.
