I’ve tried to uploaded a .sur file that will not load in ProfilmOnline although the file format is explicitly identified as an acceptable file format. When I try to load this file in ProfilmOnline, it claims that this file format is not compatible. The .gwy file successfully loads and is analyzable. Please let me know why the .sur file won’t load. Please let me know the best way to get these files to you to analyze. This editor will not accept these file formats either.
