Not able to open OPDx file

Hi,
I am trying to open a OPDx file from Bruker DektakXT but on uploading it is showing unsupported file format.
Does anyone has a solution for this

Same problem with dektak OPDx files!
Worked nicely a year ago, but complains about unsupported fileformat now.

Thanks for reporting. The OPDx files that we use for testing are still working properly. We’re checking to learn why some files are not working.

I can send you the file so you can test. This happens with all my files. These were working last year normally but not anymore.
