I would like to know how I can scan a circular wear track created by a tribometer to analyze the volume loss.

Is there a particular image you are having troubles analyzing?
A wear track like this is what I am looking at right now. Will it be possible to measure the volume loss of the entire track ??

Yes, this would be possible. The easiest way to do this would be to take a stitched scan of the entire surface and then use the volume feature to measure the volume of the holes. Alternatively, this process could be broken up into segmented scans.
