I’ve figured out how to level the image using the step-height measurement tool. But when I export the data it’s still unleveled. Is there a way to export the leveled data?

While viewing your image, in the Settings ribbon, click Image Properties. In the Image Properties pane, scroll to the bottom to view the operation history. Click the Trim button, then click Trim in the warning dialog that appears. This will eliminate any images prior to the final image that you’re viewing. Now when you export the data, you’ll see the leveled version of the image.
