Uploaded a small 35 MB .plux file (no error messsages).
When open for view/analyzing it is just black square and when I look into properties of file it states 0% valid pixels.
The file can open etc. on Sensofar’s own software.
This type of file should be supported, so what am I doing wrong here?

Seems not to support Sensofar plux files anyhow.

We’re sorry that you’re experiencing a malfunction with .plux files. We have previously successfully demonstrated uploading of .plux files, but it’s possible that there is a new problem or that the file format has changed. The ProfilmOnline team will investigate and work to fix the problem.
An update: our software team has identified the root cause of the problem and we’re working to fix it.
