Cannot open any *.opdx file format

Hi,
I’m new to this forum and I’m trying to simply open a *.opdx file I downloaded from a 2d scan from a Bruker XT profilometer.
When I try to load it here, it says, file format not compatible.
Any idea why and how I can proceed ?

Thank you for reporting the issue. We plan to resolve this with upcoming release of ProfilmOnline release in early December.
