Were you able to solve this issue? I have a similar issue, but in my case the message says “type ‘qs’” instead of type ‘qx’.

We have a similar issue but “type qf” that just happened today for the first time. We’ve now reached out to customer service for support. They provided a link to an updated software which resolved the issue.
Just an update, support also provided me with updated software, which solved the problem.
The USB thumb drive that came with the equipment stopped working at around the same time, I wonder if there is causality or just coincidence.
